Urban Ground Textures Vol.1. - Photogrammetry based PBR environment texture pack

As people ask me how they can get my scans I decided to pack them into theme packs and set them for sale on gumroad.
The first one which contains 15 materials and covers Urban Ground Surfaces theme is available here: https://gum.co/dsntZ
Each material has Albedo/Normal/Height/Roughness/Ambient Occlusion channel stored as 4096x4096px PNG file.
